Homemade Greek Pita Club Sandwich

Ingredients
2 Greek Pita
Pork meat (gyros) or any meat you want (chicken,beef,lamb etc)
Gouda Cheese
Tomato
Cocumber
French Fries
Mayonnaise or Greek Tzatziki (Greek yogurt with olive oil,cocumber and garlic)
Ketsup
Mustard
Paprika
Directions
1.First you must make the Greek pita (if you can find ready pita in your market or look into my recipe for Greek pita).Get a pan and spread to Greek pita's a little of olive oil with a brush.Fry the pita for 2-3 minutes each side until you see the beautiful brown color.
2.Prepare the tomato,cocumber and chop into round slices.
3.Fry the potatoes because they need more time.
4.Now if you have ready cooked meat from a bbq for example chop the meat with your hands in very small pieces and put into a pan just to warm a bit.(if you don't have ready meat make with pork the Greek tigania, look my Greek tigania recipe).
5.If you have all the ingredients ready put the first pita into a plate and spread mayo or tzatziki, tomato,cocumber,and the Gouda cheese(gouda cheese will melt and the two pita's will stuck together-more easy to eat after that).
6.Put the second pita ,tzatziki,tomato,cocumber,fried potatoes,ketsup,pork meat,gouda cheese,mustard and at the end spread a bit of paprika.
