Greek Spicy Baked Feta (Bouyiourdi)

Ingredients
- 1 piece (brick) of Feta 
- 1 small green or red sweet pepper, sliced 
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste 
- 1/2 tomato, sliced in rounds 
- Smoked chilli flakes “boukovo” 
- Pinch of dried oregano 
- Salt and black pepper 
- Extra virgin olive oil 
- Gouda and cheddar cheese chopped in cubes (optional) 
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220C (approx 430F). 
- In the clay pot, arrange the slices of green pepper, and tomato to be as flat as possible. 
- Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper. 
- Place the brick of feta at top the arrangement of vegetables. 
- Drizzle with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and put the tomato paste. 
- Top the feta with a pinch of dried oregano, and a pinch of chilli flakes “boukovo”. 
- Add the soft cheese's )Gouda nad Cheddar). 
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, covered.
