Greek Christmas dinner : Pork with plums

Ingredients
Pork cut into 10-12 pieces 1 onion cut into thick strips round 1 clove 2 round cut potatoes plums (depending on your taste) 2 red peppers into thick strips 1 cup red wine olive oil salt Black pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the garlic and fry in a deep frying pan until you get the first color. Pour pork pieces and fry with garlic. Once brown in a casserole, add the plums and onion. Then add the peppers and Flood the mixture with red wine. Finally add the potatoes and leave to boil for 20 minutes. Now add salt (depending on our taste) and pepper.
