Greek beet salad with garlic

Ingredients
1 pound of beets (about 1/2 kg beets)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 minced clove garlic
Sea salt
Preparation
1. Boil the beets with their skins for about 25 to 35 minutes, let them cool and peel (put them in cold water for more easily peeling).
2. In a bowl mix the olive oil, vinegar and garlic.
3. Cut the beets in round slices and place on a plate.
4. Pour the dressing and sea salt over the beets.
