Red delicious fried pork ''Greek krasati tigania''

Ingredients
1 kg of pork in pieces rosemary 1 clove garlic 2 red peppers Florina 1 large onion or 2 small 1 tsp tomato paste 4-5 dried tomatoes 1 cup red wine Salt Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
1) Cut the pork into small cubes and season.
2) Cut into thick slices onions and peppers.
3) Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
4) In a deep pan (I use a wok), add the oil and some rosemary along with the clove of garlic to give the flavor into the oil.
5) After withdrawing the garlic, saute pork.
6) Remove the meat and add the onion, peppers and sundried tomato.
7) After quite soft add the tomato paste and leave a little to fry.
8) We put again inside the meat.
9) Pour wine and let it evaporate.
10) Once the wine evaporates, add a glass of water, salt and pepper and simmer fried pork until the sauce thickens.
