Fried Feta with egg-breadcrumbs crust and tomato jam


Ingredients

Feta cheese

1 beaten egg

Breadcrumbs

Tomato jam for garnish

Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) for garnish
Extra virgin olive oil for frying
Preparation
1.Cut the Feta cheese in narrow slices and put them in a bowl of beaten egg for a few seconds, (this makes the breadcrumbs stick to the cheese and form the crust).
2.Take the slices out of the beaten egg and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
3.Fry the Feta cheese slices in a flying pan with the olive oil until they become crispy. 4.Sprinkle with the tomato jam and Black Seeds.
5.Serve hot with white bread.
