Greek red sweet pepper stuffed with spicy feta


Ingredients

Greek roasted red pepper (florina type)

Feta cheese

20 gr of milk

1 chopped spicy green pepper (or chili pepper)

Olive oil

Red wine vinegar 

fresh parsley

Preparation

1.Put some feta into a bowl with a little of milk and smashed with a fork. You want to be like a cream.

2.After put some chopped spicy green pepper and mixed with the cheese cream .

3.Now fill you red roasted pepper with the cheese cream and bake for 5 minutes or you can eat this as it is.

4.Before you eat spread some olive oil , red wine vinegar and fresh parsley.
