Pasta with Greek meat sauce


Ingredients

Pasta penne 500gr (or any pasta you like)

350gr of ground beef

tomato juice

a half chopped tomato

oregano

sea salt

black pepper

sweet paprika

extra virgin olive oil

water

a beef cube

1 green pepper

1 medium chopped onion

garlic powder

fresh parsley

Preparation

1.Boil your pasta for 13 minutes only with salt.

2.Get a pot and add olive oil and wait until burn.

3.Saute the onion,tomato,green pepper,garlic,black pepper and tomato juice for 3-4 minutes.

4.Add now the ground beef,fresh parsley,paprika,sea salt,oregano - saute and stir very well for another 3-4 minutes.

5.Add now 1 glass of water and cube and let boil until evaporate the liquids.

6.Serve with grated feta cheese.
