Coctail sausages with pasta penne,sour cream,mustard sauce ,mushrooms and grated feta


Ingredients

400 gr pasta penne

125 gr light sour cream

200 gr mini coctail sausages

70 gr grated feta

100 gr mushrooms

30 gr of mustard

extra virgin olive oil

sea salt

black pepper

a small grated onion or fresh onions

Preparations

1.First boil your pasta for 13-15 min only with sea salt.

2.Get a pot and add some olive oil and wait to burn.

3.Add the onion ,mushrooms,coctail sausages sea salt and fry them for 5 min.(remember to stir all the time and put the heat lower.

4.Drain your pasta and add to them pot.

5.Pour a little water and add mustard and dissolve with a spoon.

6.Add the sour cream with black pepper and the mustard sauce, and stir for 2-3 min until the cream become thick.

7.Serve with grated feta cheese.
