Pork with leek in oven

Ingredients
A pound of pork 1 onion, finely chopped 1 cup red wine Salt Pepper 1kg leeks Olive oil
Feta 150 gr
Directions
1. Lightly saute the meat in the pot with a little of olive oil.
2. Add the onion and continue to sauté.
3. Turn off the heat of meat with a glass of red wine.
4. Put salt and pepper and occasionally put some water.
5. Leave an hour to soften the meat and stir regularly and add water if needed.
6. Wash and chop the leeks and pour in after the meat is tender.
7. Mix until wilted leeks because they have too much moisture.
8. Put the food in the pan or pot. Put a little of olive oil,feta and pepper on top and half a glass of red wine.
9. Bake at 180oC for 1h15m.
