Healthy pork chops in the bakeware accompanied by pasta penne


Ingredients

4 pork chops with bone

400 grams of pasta penne

20 grams of x virgin olive oil

grated feta

sea salt,black pepper,oregano,smoked paprika

for the pasta sauce

2 teaspoons of mustard

1 teaspoon of tomato paste

20 grams of x virgin olive oil

sea salt,black pepper

1 egg yolk

20 grams of lemon juice

Directions

1.First pour the spices on the pork chops and put in the refrigerator at least for 30 minutes to get the meat flavor.

2.Get a bakeware with lid and put the chops inside, spread some olive oil and pour 1.5 glass of water.

3.Bake until the liquids evaporate (1 hour more/less at 200c Celsius)

4.Prepare the sauce for pasta,put the mustard,sea salt,black pepper,tomato paste,olive oil,lemon juice,egg yolk and stir gently with a tea spoon.

5.Boil the pasta penne for 15 minutes only with water and salt 30 min before the chops is ready.

6.Get out pasta ,drain and after 5 minutes pour the sauce and stir carefully.

7.When the chops is ready get out close the heat from the oven and pour in to the bakeware the pasta ,and stir for 2-3 minutes to get all the flavor from the meat.

8.Garnish with a lot of grated feta
