Greek meetballs with a flour-garlic sauce
Ingredients
For meatballs 400 grams ground beef 1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon of yogurt
chopped parsley 70-80 grams breadcrumbs 50 grams grated fresh bread without crust 3 tablespoons olive oil salt, pepper, oregano 1 egg
For sauce
2 tablespoons tomato juice 2 tablespoons flour 1 BEEF CUBES (as knorr) 1 clove garlic mashed
Directions
