Greek mini pies flute ''flogeres''

Ingredients 1 packet filo pastry (1/2 pound) 1 cup. butter or margarine 400 g. crumbled feta 300 g. grated cheese 300 g. grated Parmesan 2 eggs lightly beaten 2-3 tbsp milk Parsley and chopped mint pepper
Directions
Place in a bowl the cheese, milk, parsley and mint. Add the beaten eggs and pepper and stir. Take two buttered sheets, cut them in half lengthwise and widthwise into 3 strips and so we have 6 rectangles. We put aside their 2-3 tsp the filling of cheese and fold the sheet from the narrow side to cover the filling. Then fold it a little and sides, Butter and wrap them in rolls. Place them on a buttered baking pan or use greaseproof paper and brush top with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C, to 25'-30 'or until browned our flutes.
