Greek Lentil soup


Ingredients 300 gr Lentils Wholesale 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 2 bay leaves Salt Pepper olive oil 2-3 carrots 2 tomatoes grated 1 tablespoon tomato paste Directions

Step 1 1) Boil the lentils in water for 10 minutes and throw the water. step 2 2) Saute the onion in oil step 3 3) Pour the tomato paste, tomatoes, refreshing water equal shrouds them and add the lentils. step 4 4) Add salt, pepper, bay leaves,carrots, chopped garlic and cook for 15-20 minutes until chelate.
