GREEK sweet pie patsavouropita


Ingredients

250 grams of oil 200 grams of yogurt Full Fat 1.5 cup of sugar 6 eggs 0.5 kilo phyllo pastry

Baking powder

For syrup

3 cups of water 2 cups of sugar 2 vanilla powder 30 grams of lemon juice or orange juice

Directions

1.First Beat the eggs in a mixer together with the sugar to melt well.

Then add the yogurt, oil and at the end the baking powder and continue with mixer for another 2-3 minutes.The mixture for our sheets is ready.

2.Grease a pan and put the sheets one at a time by spreading a mixture of 2 or 3 teaspoons for each plyllo. after swipe the sheet to go on the edge of the pan. Continue until you cover the whole pan.The mixture was left us poured over the sheets.

3.Put the pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180c.

4.Now the syrup.Put water, sugar, vanilla and the juice and boil for 5 minutes.

5.We need the pie hot and syrup cold when we put the syrup.

6.Pour the syrup and put the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before eating.
