Chicken Giouvetsi with granular orzo


Ingredients

1 chicken cut in pieces, skinned 1 medium onion chopped 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed 4/3 cups crushed tomatoes allspice salt pepper oil 500 g coarse orzo 500g Parmesan hard and spicy chopped

Preparation

1) lightly saute the garlic and onion and add the chicken and allspice.
