Peppers with tomato sauce and feta


Ingredients

• 10 horn peppers • ½ red sweet peppers, chopped • 3 - 4 large ripe tomatoes, past the food processor • 1 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional) • 3 cloves garlic, sliced • parsley, chopped • 180 g. feta cheese, diced • ½ wine glass of olive oil • 1 pinch of sugar • salt, freshly ground pepper.

Preparation

Wash the peppers and leave them whole, without cut in the stalk. Puncture them so as not to burst and fry in olive oil whole as it is, along with garlic and horn peppers, until browned and burst while, peeled. Pour the melted tomatoes and add the sun-dried tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper and a little water, stir, reduce heat and continue cooking for a few more minutes, until wilted and softened peppers. Towards the end of cooking, add to the pan parsley and feta cheese, stir gently, so as not to dissolve and serve.
