Ingredients
500 g. spaghetti 500 ml of tomato juice 1 tsp tomato paste 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic Olive oil Few olives cut in 4 pieces 150 g. slice Salt Pepper Thyme Royal sugar 1 chili pepper 1 glass of red wine
Preparation
Sauté in oil the garlic, onion and chili pepper. Add the wine and add the tomato juice, tomato paste, a bit of water, salt, pepper, sugar, basil and thyme. When you get 2-3 boils the sauce, add the olives and pasta (parboiled) and let boil once more. Then add the grated feta cheese and take the pan from the heat. Optionally we can add paprika and oregano. Combines pleasantly with red wine.
