Moussaka's with baked potatoes,eggplants,ground beef sauce,bechamel cream & rubbed cheese


Ingredients

3-4 eggplants 3-4 potatoes bechamel grated Parmesan For the preparation of minced meat 300-350 g. minced beef meat 2 tomatoes in blender Salt Pepper some sugar curry, basil, parsley 1 onion, finely chopped

Directions:

1) Cut into thin slices of the eggplants and potatoes 2) Put in a baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt light 3) Put in the oven at 170-180 degrees in the 1st rack for about 20-25 minutes, have no liquids 4) Prepare the bechamel according to the recipe that I have published on the video 6) Minced meat: In a saucepan, lightly sauté onion in olive oil 7) Add the ground meat 8) Take the tomato, salt pepper, curry and basil and refreshing water, not too much 9) Simmer until drink fluids 10) In a pan put 1 layer of eggplant and one layer of potatoes 11) Apply everywhere the minced meat 12) Apply and béchamel,to cover the entire surface 13) Sprinkle with cheese 14) Bake at 200 degrees to brown the sauce and melted cheese.GOOD LUCK!!!
