Greek KEBAB ON SPIT

Ingredients
2 pounds boneless pork leg with fat, cut into large pieces 4 onions pureed 2 red peppers chopped chili 2 green peppers, chopped 3 tomatoes the juice of (optional) 1 cup of olive oil 1 cup of white wine 1 lemon juice 3 tbsp. mustard 5-6 cloves garlic mashed Oregano Thyme Savory Coarse salt / pepper coarsely.
Preparation
In a large pot mix the onions, peppers, tomato juice, olive oil, white wine, mustard, garlic, oregano, thyme, savory and pepper. Dip the pieces of meat in the marinade and refrigerate for 2 days, turning the pieces occasionally. Put the pieces of meat on a spit and salt it with coarse salt. Barbecue brushing with the marinade until cooked or otherwise spread parchment brush with marinade, put the spit and wrap. Then cover with foil and cook on bbq for 2.5 to 3 hours on medium heat. Remove the wax paper and aluminum foil, we raise the temperature and cook until they leave liquids and crisp.
