Greek dessert (loukoumades) with cinnamon and honey


Ingredients

500 g. Farina flour ,

1 sachet of dry yeast ,

1/2 cup orange juice ,

1 pinch salt ,

lukewarm water (as much as needed to become tight porridge)

Honey or Nutella and walnuts for garnish and cinnamon

Preparation

Place in a bowl the flour and salt and mix. Then add the yeast dissolved in warm water and continue stirring. Then add the orange juice and warm water until tight slurry. Allow to rise for 45 minutes in a warm place. After we put our hand in the mixture in a punch and tighten with a teaspoon collect this mixture extending above the thumb and fry over low heat
