CREPES sweet & salty


Ingredients

2 tablespoons of sugar ​1 ½ cup of milk ​1 ½ cup of flour ​2 table spoons of butter ​3 eggs ​1/4 spoon of salt 20 grams of whisky ​(optional)​.

Preparation

In a bowl, insert the flour with the salt ​Pour sugar and eggs lightly beaten ​Add whiskey and milk ​Mix with mixer to become thick batter ​Put the melted butter ​Cover it and leave in half an hour in the refrigerator ​Warm up the bottom of the pan, without any fat ​With a spoonful you put from the slurry to cover the entire surface of the pan ​Turn crepes and both sides ​Put them to one over the other and cover them with wrap kitchen ​Keep them in the refrigerator if you do not eat them all that day ​Filled with hazelnut praline, banana, nuts, jam, coconut, truffles and other ​It also makes and salty with bacon,cheese,mushrooms,chicken etc.
